Refund Policy
7-day refund window. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, sales are final.
Why 7 days
Our products are digital downloads. The moment you buy, you receive a complete copy of every file to keep, and that copy cannot be returned. Seven days is enough time to look through everything and decide whether it fits how you work. Past that point, the system has been put to use, so we do not offer refunds after 7 days.
How to request a refund
Email support@fennington.com within 7 days of purchase, from or mentioning the email address you used at checkout. We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Problems with your files
If a file will not open, is missing, or your download link has expired, contact us at any time, not only within 7 days. We will fix it or send a fresh link. You can also request a new link yourself from the access page for your product.
